It’s been a little while since I made my daughter a new hair tie. We decided it was time to make her one for the Halloween season. This crochet witch hat hair tie is the perfect Halloween hair accessory.
I love making hair ties because they are a quick project that uses very little yarn. For this hair tie I used small amounts of black and purple Big Twist Value Yarn.

To finish, sew a hair tie to the back of the witch hat. You can also attach this to a hair clip if you prefer that instead of the hair tie.
My daughter loved her crochet witch hat hair tie. She was very excited to see that it matched the Witch Hat I made for her cats.
