When I’m not crocheting I spend a lot of time hiking in the woods looking for mushrooms. We take tons of mushroom photos and have used these as project inspiration. I have created several crochet mushroom patterns, and have many more ideas for projects I would like to create in the future. I decided to create a post with all of my crochet mushroom patterns.
Crochet Chanterelle
We see a lot of chanterelle mushrooms on our hikes, so I created this mushroom pattern to add to our mushroom collection. This is an easy pattern made using Red Heart Super Saver yarn.
Crochet Puffball
This crochet giant puffball is a very easy pattern. It is a great crochet mushroom pattern for a beginner crocheter to make. This pattern uses a 5mm crochet hook and Red Heart Super Saver yarn.
Crochet Morel Mushroom
This morel mushroom is my favorite mushroom pattern. I love morel mushrooms, but never find them at my house anymore. To make myself feel better I created this mushroom pattern so I could have them around me whenever I want. This pattern is a little more complicated than the chanterelle or the puffball, but is not too difficult. For this pattern I used a 4.5mm crochet hook and Red Heart Super Saver yarn.
I had a lot of fun creating these mushroom patterns. I have a lot of mushroom project ideas for the future, and look forward to adding to this list as I create more awesome mushroom projects.
