I love making crochet projects for our pets, but realized I have not made many items for our dog. I decided to make him a crochet dog bandana.
This bandana is designed to slip over the dog’s collar. I like this style because it stays on, and once you put it on the dog will hardly even notice it.
This is a very quick and easy project that doesn’t take a lot of yarn. For this crochet dog bandana I used Mainstays Basic Yarn in royal blue. This project can be made with any color or brand of yarn you choose.

That is all there is to this pattern! I plan on making many more crochet dog bandanas with different designs so he will be dressed for any occasion.

This looks like a fun beginners project! I think it’s clever to just attach it to their collar–much safer and more comfy for the puppers!
Great tutorial and pattern. So simple yet effective! And your model is gorgeous.
